All items sold are in SGD Currency

If there is a wrong or defect order / item that was delivered to you, we will arrange for the right item to be couriered to you at no cost to you.
Our courier will do a 1 to 1 exchange with you

If you require to change size as the size does not fit,
Do keep your proof of purchase and contact us at happiness@aquafitnessglobal.com or direct message us on Facebook regarding the issue.
Ensure that product that is to be exchange is within the 14 days from order fulfilment.
Exchange is applicable only for size/colour of the same product.

In order to validate the exchange, do make sure on the following:
Invoice Order ID
Products must be unused
Products must be unwashed
Product tags and original packaging must be intact
Swimwear Products and equipment must not be worn into any form of water/chlorinated water

Once found with any of the above, exchanges will be invalid

No returns or exchanges due to change of mind will be accepted.
All SALE purchases are final and strictly non-exchangeable/refundable.

Strictly no cash refunds.

  • Qn: This is not what I ordered

    If the wrong order / item was delivered to you, we will arrange for the right item to be couriered to you at no cost to you. Please return the wrong item to the courier. Our courier will do a 1 to 1 exchange.

    We will arrange for a courier to do a one-to-one exchange with you at no cost to you. Please return the rejected item to the courier. Our courier will do a 1 to 1 exchange.

  • Qn: I would like to exchange for a different size or colour

    Please do keep your invoice and contact us first.

    Make sure the Invoice is within 14 working days from the invoice date (inclusive of delivery lead time which is currently at 2 - 3 days). Exchange is applicable only for size/colour of the same product. Please kindly take note that only unused / unworn products can be exchanged. There will strictly be no cash refunds.
